After working for 20 years in the travel industry where Barb held a variety if positions from mail clerk; ticket & ramp agent and finally to aircraft mechanic at Northwest Airlines. She decided to leave that field of work and "embark" (no pun intended!) in a whole new career. Dudley, was her Airedale Terrier for 10 short years. His breeders taught her how to basically groom him and she found true enjoyment in early attempts. Barb liked to think he enjoyed the pampering and the attention also.

So it seemed a logical step to receive a proper education and turn the love of a hobby into a career. Barb enrolled in the Universal Academy of Animal Arts (located at the former Ruff Cuts Salon in Little Canada.) There she quickly saw she had lots to learn. It has become a labor of love for Barb working with such wonderful animals. And to be working with the staff at the Minnesota Veterinary hospital is a true learning opportunity and pleasure for her. Barb looks forward to pampering your pet and meeting you!!
