Appointments

To be most accommodating for our clients we like to have regular appointment times scheduled. All dogs must be on a leash and cats should be in a carrier. This is to ensure your pet will not escape, in addition will provide a safe environment for all patients. We normally book our routine vaccination appointments on a 30 minute basis and our medical appointments are scheduled for 30-60 minutes depending on the severity of the definition. In the event of a medical emergency walk-in, they will be seen first. If this does occur, we will try our best to accommodate all parties. Please be specific about reasons for making appointments.

Days/Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm
Saturdays            8:30am - 12:00pm
Sundays              Closed
Please call for an appointment.

Drop Off's

Drop off appointments are available for current clients, however, if a new client must drop off, we will need to have the owner of the pet talk with the doctor before they leave. All surgeries are scheduled in the morning, Monday-Friday. Your pet will need to be dropped off between 7:30-8:00 a.m., unless other arrangements have been made. Please be sure to have a contact number where you can be reached throughout the day, in case of any other questions may arise.

Discharges

When your pet is ready to be discharged we will have the surgical technician talk with you about the post-operative instructions, answer any questions you may have, then follow-up with you the following day to see how your pet is feeling. We encourage you to call us with any questions you may have. In addition, our clinic is equipped with an enormous amount of "Info-to-Go" tools that will provide you with a more in depth perception of how procedures are done. Please call if you have an interest in reading more about specific procedures.

Financial Policy

All services are to be paid when the service is rendered. However, in case of a medical emergency you will be asked to pay 50% of the estimated total invoice at the time of admittance and remaining balance at the time of discharge. If you are unable to meet these requirements we do have a healthcare credit line available called CareCredit. Or inquire about this service at the reception desk.
