------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Kudos to all of you when you have
to put up with Booger!!! and I can't THANK YOU all enough for the
vigilance you gave to Critter when she was ailing - Dr. Amy was SUPER
with her follow-up on her - I really appreciated it. :)
I have ALWAYS been extremely happy with the care both of my cats have
received - the doctors have always been attentive to our needs and have
done everything they can to work with us and keep things as affordable
as possible - which is VERY important to me.
When we had to board Critter last August while we were up North (and
she wasn't in the best of ways) I can't THANK YOU all enough for not
only your kindness and patience with my daily phone calls and messages
via the pet portal to check up on her but in the overall care/attention
you gave her - when I came to pick her up it definitely showed in her
demeanor and health THANK YOU!!!!! And Jeff I LOVE this site to use -
it's EXTREMELY user friendly and HANDY!!!!!
I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! :)

Thank you all so much for sending
us Madeline's paw impression. It was very touching and is a great
reminder of what a good dog she was. The staff that handled Maddy when I
brought her in was so thoughtful and kind.
We will miss her "Woof, Woof!" terribly but you made our transition
to being without her much easier.
Thank you again.

My dog, Luna, was in yesterday
morning for a grooming which I paid for at the time. Then in
yesterday afternoon's mail came a wonderful "welcome" letter from your
clinic and a business card for Heart of Gold Grooming with "$10
off First Groom" handwritten in the upper left corner. Since it
obviously is too late to use it for the first groom, may I use it next
time? I appreciate this as I am on a fixed income and every dollar
helps.
I want to let you know how great it felt to receive the "welcome"
letter. That's a first in my lifetime!!! And to let you know
that I've been impressed with all three of my visits thus far to the
clinic. I'm only sorry it took me so long to get out there.
You know the saying "The devil is in the details" and I am impressed
with details like staff seeming genuinely happy to have me walk through
the front door; for taking the time to stand next to me and explain an
estimate line by line; by coming around the counter to stand next to me
even to have me sign the credit card receipt! Seemingly small
things to some, but this manner, attitude, atmosphere seems to be
reflected throughout your entire clinic -- and even if people don't
articulate it, I know for a fact that they feel it and that
should keep them coming through your door. Thank you for your
attention to these kinds of details.
Until next time,
Eleanor

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your new groomer,
Linda Ferradas. I brought Gracie, my mom’s dog, in to get groomed
the other day. Since Gracie has arthritis and can’t stand the
whole time it makes it difficult to groom her. Also, Gracie tends
to get a bit anxious if she’s there too long, so I made sure to talk to
Linda in advance to let her know about Gracie’s issues and she assured
me that it wouldn’t be a problem to get her groomed.
Linda did just an amazing job with her in less than half the normal
amount of time. She looked great and she was also treated so well.
Linda didn’t put Gracie up on the grooming table, instead she groomed
her on a blanket on the floor to ensure Gracie’s comfort nor did she put
her in a kennel when she was done, instead she sat with her until I got
there so as not to put any undue stress on Gracie.
I am so impressed with her I’ve told my family and friends about how
great she did with her, also I’ve already made another appointment with
her for my dog Sophie.
Thanks for finding such an amazing groomer!

Minnesota Veterinary Hospital Staff:
It’s been over a year since Ollie died, and I can finally put into
words our gratitude to all of you for the care you gave him and us. Your
expert help during Ollie’s last days gave us strength to make difficult
decisions and know we were doing the right thing. Thank you for your
patient explanations and medical expertise.
Dr. Suzy, I can’t thank you enough for guiding us through 14 years of
dog care: from puppy silliness to senior issues. Your compassion and
careful explanations of our options helped us through many illnesses and
injuries. Thank you for your patience and good advice, especially in
Ollie’s last year when we had constant problems. I couldn’t have gotten
through it all without your guidance.
Lindsey, Georgi and all the vet techs that cared for Ollie over his
life-time; You are all angels! Your gentle touch with Ollie was so
reassuring to him. I knew he trusted and liked you so I always felt good
about entrusting him to your care. Thank you also for listening
carefully to my descriptions of Ollie’s problems, your helpful
instructions, and your follow-up on many issues.
Sandra, Amanda, and Jeff, each of you were often the first person I
talked to when something came up with Ollie. You were always
knowledgeable and helpful. You answered my many questions, relayed
health data and questions to the vets and back, and scheduled numerous
appointments around my hectic schedule. Thanks for your patience and
helpfulness!
Thank you to your doctors and Lindsey for helping us through Ollie’s
last hours and his death. Your compassion and concern for Ollie and for
us were so comforting. Your technical explanations eased my many fears
and helped me cope in the days following Ollie’s death.
Thank you to everyone at the office for sending Lindsey to help us.
We know that you all made it possible for Lindsey to come for Ollie. You
all went above and beyond your professional duties to help us. We can’t
thank you enough!
The flowers and card with all your signatures were of great comfort
during the days after Ollie’s death. I looked at is often to find peace
with his death. Thank you for that gift.

Minnesota Veterinary Hospital (MVH) has been our vet for 15 years.
When we got our first dog, someone recommended MVH so we tried it. We
liked MVH so much that we continued going there even though there is
another vet office much closer to our house.
The MVH office is well-run and prices are reasonable. The décor is
simple and practical. I’m glad to see the money is being spent to care
for the animals rather than for fancy decorations. The office is clean
and comfortable, which is all we really need.
The staff at MVH is wonderful! The receptionists are helpful and
knowledgeable. They serve as liaisons between us and the vets and vet
techs, and they keep things running smoothly. The vet techs are skilled
animal-handlers. They treat my dogs in a gentle, yet matter-of-fact way
that reassures my dogs (and me). I always feel comfortable leaving my
dogs in their care. They always follow-up after an appointment to make
sure treatment plans are working and to answer any questions. The vets
are practical, professional, and kind. They answer all our questions and
clearly explain the options for medical care. In addition, they
understand our values, and help us make choices that fit with our
philosophy about animals. Everyone is compassionate and respectful
toward animals and people. They are an amazing group!
We are looking forward to many more years of working with everyone at
MVH with our new dog, Riley.

Thank you so much to you and your staff. Everyone was so professional
and seemed to know what they were doing. Susan and her assistant, kudos
to you two! Thank you so much for the care and attention that you all
gave to my old man. Hunter means the world to me. It turns out that he
has “an extreme inflammation of the eye.” No fungal infection or
bacterial growth. We don’t know if the eye is permanently damaged but at
least he is going to live!!! Thank you so much and you are now Hunter’s
vet clinic from now on.
